Wall chasing is the cutting of neat channels (chases) into walls, floors and ceilings to conceal electrical wiring, conduits and pipes. Using twin-blade chasing machines with dust extraction, we cut clean, straight chases in reinforced concrete, concrete, brick and block — without cracks, excessive dust or noise.
Alongside chasing we carry out controlled reinforced-concrete demolition: cutting structures into manageable sections with diamond tools instead of breaking them, so neighbouring elements stay intact.

How deep and wide are the chases you cut for wiring?
We cut chases exactly as deep and wide as your cables, conduit or pipes need. The chases are straight and even, in brick and block as well as concrete and reinforced concrete.
Do you also drill round socket boxes?
Yes. With a diamond core bit we cut precise round recesses for socket and switch boxes to the size and depth required. It is cleaner and faster than hammering them out with a rotary hammer.
Is wall chasing dusty, and can you work in a finished room?
We work with dust extraction, so most of the dust is captured at source and the room stays clean. The method suits occupied flats and finished interiors, and we tidy up when we finish.
Will the walls crack, especially in an older building?
No. We work without impact or heavy vibration, so the cut is precise and the surrounding plaster does not crack. This matters most in older buildings with more fragile walls.
How quickly do you come out, and how is the price worked out?
