How much is a metre of wall chasing?
Chase cutting in concrete is €6.00 per metre; in brick, expanded-clay or foam block it is €5.00 (excl. 21% VAT). One metre on the list is €6.00, then the €60 minimum applies — the same threshold as diamond drilling.
Socket box 68×40. €6.00 in concrete, €5.00 in the softer materials. One box alone does not clear the minimum; several chases and boxes are usually priced from the table.
What changes the wall-chasing price?
Material is the main lever: concrete is €1/m more than brick. Length, corners, access and distance from Riga (€0.40/km) sit outside the table — we add them after a visit.
