We drill neat, precise holes through external and internal walls for air-conditioner pipework, refrigerant lines and condensate drainage. Water-cooled diamond core bits leave a clean, round hole with no dust and no cracking around it.
What we offer
- Holes Ø40–160 mm through brick, concrete and reinforced concrete
- Correct downward angle for condensate runoff
- No dust, no vibration, no damage to finishes
- Works in occupied flats, offices and shops
We work across Riga and all of Latvia, on residential, commercial and industrial sites. Consultation and a site visit are free.

Frequently asked questions
What diameter hole is needed for an air-conditioner line-set?
For the copper pipes and drain of a split unit a hole of about Ø45–65 mm is usually enough, depending on the model. We confirm the exact size with your air-conditioning installer.
Do you angle the hole for condensate drainage?
Yes. We drill with a slight downward slope to the outside so condensate and rainwater run off freely and cannot come back into the room. We can also drill at an angle and in hard-to-reach places.
Can you drill in a flat with finished decor without making a mess?
Yes. We use water cooling and a water-collection ring, so dust and water do not reach the walls or furniture and the finish is left untouched. This is routine work for us in occupied flats, offices and shops.
How soon can you come, and what will it cost?
We usually come within 1–2 working days, or the same day when it is urgent. The site visit is free, and the price is set by the hole diameter, the wall thickness and the material.
